About Us

Our technology monitors parameters against OEM range specs and transfers real-time data to our Data Center. When a spec falls out of range an alarm triggers notifying customers immediately by email, SMS text message or to a smartphone notification. This allows service engineers or bio-med departments to proactively take action and prevent potential helium loss and/or equipment failure.

Remote monitoring is done by Internet connection and mobile MRI units are monitored using wireless technology. This service greatly reduces the number of emergency calls saving customers money by avoiding costly system downtime and minimizing travel to sites.

Key Vital Parameters

  • Water Temperature
  • Water Flow Rate
  • Helium Percentage Level
  • Magnet Pressure Vessel
  • Electronic Cabinet Room Temperature
  • Electronic Cabinet Relative Humidity

Key Benefits

  • Real time alerts via email and sms
  • Web based access to vital parameters on site or multiple sites
  • Allows service engineers to be proactive
  • Avoids unnecessary travel expenses
  • Avoids unnecessary equipment failures

Services

MRI Scanners including Mobile MRIs

MRI Remote Magnet Monitoring for GE, Siemens, Toshiba, Philips can be applied to monitoring on any of the following settings:

  • A single MRI in a clinic or Hospital based.
  • Multiple MRIs in Cold Storage of MRI Service Companies
  • MRI Mobile Trailer

For any of the above settings:

  • Monitor MRI cryogen levels and parameters against OEM equipment performance specifications related to:
    • Helium Pressure, GE, Siemens, Toshiba, Philips
    • Helium Level, GE, Siemens, Toshiba
    • Cold Head1, Siemens
    • ShieldS1 & S2, Siemens
    • TurretS1 & S2, Siemens
    • Magnet Pressure, Siemens
    • 80K Temperature, Toshiba
  • Monitor Voltage spikes and surges in MRI power distribution system.
  • Send real time alerts and notifications to smartphones of service engineers, biomed personnel and or customers when a specification falls out of range.
  • Allow responsible parties to proactively take action and prevent potential helium loss and/or equipment failure.
  • Reduce the number of emergency calls and avoid costly system downtime and minimize travel to sites.
  • Examine trends or changes in parameters. Identify abnormalities in cryogenic consumption and magnet operation allowing corrective and/or preventative actions to be taken.

Sensor Devices can be included in any OEM MRI listed above.

Multiple Sensor devices of same type can be used on different equipment or room. Add any other sensor listed on our Hardware list to any MRI monitoring setup which may be a mobile trailer, MRI Imaging center or Hospital MRI setting.

  • Chiller Water Flow/Temperature
  • Chiller on / off
  • Shield cooler on / off
  • Cold Head motor on / off
  • Room Temperature / Humidity
  • Vibration, Shock, GForce and Acceleration

Dirty Power Monitoring Device

“Dirty power” is an abnormality in the power quality that is being delivered to a system. These abnormalities can include low power factor, voltage variations, frequency variations, in addition to spikes and surges. When the power delivered to a system doesn’t match what is expected, equipment can malfunction, prematurely fail, or not work at all.

Monitor and identify spikes and surges in 480 Volt three phases L1, L2 and L3 coming into a building or equipment and alerts when power is subpar.

Continually monitor each of the three 480V lines and compare to maximum and minimum voltage guaranteed by electrical utility companies (Typically +5.8% to -8.3% per VOLTAGE TOLERANCE STANDARD – ANSI C84.1) Parameters Monitored on any one of the 3 Phase 480 Volt lines L1, L2, L3

  • Hz
  • V1 (L1), V2 (L2) & V3 L3), Voltage on phase 1, 2 & 3
  • V1Max (L1Max), V2Max (L2Max) & V3Max L3Max), MaxVoltage on phase 1, 2 & 3
  • V1Min (L1Min), V2Min (L2Min) & V3Min L3Min), MinVoltage on phase 1, 2 & 3
